Join us for a fun, unique and crafty event. We can host at your home, a venue of your choice or we can organise hosting at one of our trusted venues. 

You will be guided through your chosen activity and create something completely unique to keep.

We’re here to create special memories for you and facilitate a fun and relaxing experience for everyone involved. We pride ourselves on our calm, creative and 
colourful approach to hosting creative events.

Events we love to attend include but are not limited to: hen parties, birthdays, get-together's, team building, office parties, private celebrations and business collaborations.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT THE £50 CHARGE IS A DEPOSIT ONLY - THE REMAINDER OF YOUR BALANCE WILL BE PAID VIA INVOICE/BANK TRANSFER AND FINAL COSTS DEPEND ON YOUR CHOSEN PACKAGE AND NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS. 

CREATIVE EVENT PACKAGES 

PACKAGE 1: A non-themed version of your chosen activity that includes an event host, set up/clean down, all materials and tools required and a finished product/s for you to 
take home on the day. 

COST: £200 per 1.5hr session for up to 8 adults. Minimum charge for 8 participants. 

PACKAGE 2: Pick your own theme for your chosen activity and we will make it happen! Includes a bespoke themed activity, party host, set up/clean down, all materials and 
tools required, and a finished product/s for you to take home on the day. 

COST: £260 per 1.5hr session for up to 8 adults. Minimum charge for 8 participants. 

EXTRAS

GIFT BAGS: catered to your budget, we can create bags for your event to suit any theme (not just crafty) – we work with trusted gift suppliers to be able to create unique goodie 
bags for all occasions. Please ask us for more information about this.  

FOOD: We do not supply nibbles, food or snacks for parties, but we do know lots of local, trusted suppliers who’s details we can share. We also work with trusted venues that supply their own food that can be pre-ordered directly with the venue. Please let us know your preference and we can pass on all of the relevant details.  

PLEASE NOTE: *Larger numbers can be discussed via email. Minimum charge for 8 participants. Choose from our set list of activities or pick your own. If an alternative 
activity is chosen that isn’t on our set list, then costs may differ. Travel costs may be added to external events. Extra time can be discussed and quoted for. 1.5-hour event 
time which allows 15 minutes at the start for settling in and 15 minutes at the end for goodbyes specific to the activity only. We make sure that no two themed events are ever 
the same. Please note that themed decorations and extras such as gift bags etc. would be charged for separately and are not part of the themed package. Balance must be 
paid 2 weeks prior to the event. A £50 non-refundable deposit secures your event which can be paid via bank transfer or via invoice.
