We also work with trusted venues that supply their own food that can be pre-ordered directly with the venue. Minimum charge for 8\u003c\/em\u003e \u003cem\u003eparticipants. Choose from our set list of activities or pick your own. If an alternative \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cem\u003eactivity is chosen that isn’t on our set list, then costs may differ. Travel costs may be \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003eadded to external events. Extra time can be discussed and quoted for. 1.5-hour event \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cem\u003etime which allows 15 minutes at the start for settling in and 15 minutes at the end for \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003egoodbyes specific to the activity only. We make sure that no two themed events are ever \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cem\u003ethe same. Please note that themed decorations and extras such as gift bags etc. would \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003ebe charged for separately and are not part of the themed package. Balance must be \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cem\u003epaid 2 weeks prior to the event.
